范文：

When I was in Grade Seven, I was weak in English. And I used to get bad marks in the English exams. My English teacher told me I must overcome the problem. So I tried my best to learn English.  I listened to the teacher carefully in class. And I wrote a diary in English every day. What's more, I often asked my English teacher for help.  In these ways, my English became better and better.

I learned that when we meet problems, we should face them bravely and overcome them actively.
